Standard Shipping - $10 (2-5 business days)

Express Shipping - $13 (1-2 days)

Allow 1-2 days during peak times for your order to be posted.

We currently do not accept pick ups at this time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns/exchanges on unwanted items or change of mind. If you receive a damaged or faulty item we will of course exchange/refund this for you. If your receive a damaged/faulty item, you must notify us within 7 days. Please send a photo of the damaged/faulty item to: velvetlashes@mail.com and we will happily work closely with you to resolve the problem.

Please note that our lashes are handmade so each pair may have some slight differences, however this reason would not warrant for a refund or exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange please send an email to velvetlashes@mail.com with a photo of the damage & WE will reply within 2 working days.
