SHIPPING

While the majority of Express and Standard items arrive within their designated time frame, we cannot be responsible for any shipping delays.

We process orders Monday – Friday 9am – 3pm AWST

Please note it takes 1-2 business days for orders to be processed.

*This processing time does not apply during peak seasons including promotions, sales, product re-stock and holidays. Please allow additional time for processing, shipping, and delivery of your order and be aware of any delays due to customs and the postal service that may delay delivery times.

$13 EXPRESS SHIPPING with tracking number (1-2 days business days delivery time)

RETURNS POLICY

For hygiene purposes, VELVET LASHES AU is unable to accept any return requests once they have left our warehouse.

In the case of a faulty product, under the Australian Consumer Law, VELVET LASHES AUSTRALIA will refund the item along with shipping.

VELVET LASHES AUSTRALIA does not take responsibility for any allergic reactions to our products. As with any cosmetic product, a patch test should be carried out before use.
